These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tranxort’s platform, websites, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineering any part of the platform, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
The Service and all associated software, content, and trademarks are owned by Tranxort or its licensors. You retain all rights to the data you upload, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party products and carriers. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tranxort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the terms of your plan.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
